
Today's grativibe is about the little things that save time.
When I had my personal chef and catering business, I used software that allowed me to assign a category to every ingredient of every recipe. I used the sections in the grocery stores as my categories. As I selected recipes for an event, the software would generate an organized shopping list. It saved me so much time in the stores!

Doug and I and several friends tested it before we rolled it out to everyone. We print one every week and keep it in a kitchen drawer. When we think of an item we need, we put it on the list. This list makes shopping a breeze for us again.
